I am a typical Taurean. I consider myself possesing the characteristics of solidity, determination and strength of will. I think I am practical, but apt to become fixed in my opinions. I am generally dependable and steadfast. I can be a faithful and generous friend with a great capacity for affection.
My vice is going to extremes on occasion, such as sometimes being too slavish on conventions I admire. On rare occasions, I may be obstinately and exasperatingly self-righteous, rigid, ultraconservative, argumentative and stuck in a self-centered rut. I tend to develop a brooding resentment through nursing a series of injuries received whether actual or perceived. In the main, I am even tempered, good natured, modest and slow to anger, disliking quarreling and avoiding ill-feeling. If provoked, however, I can explode into outbursts of bad temper and anger. The image of the bull and a matador comes to mind here.
